When can I make my reservation?

Is the setup of tables and chairs included?

Chair and table setup is not included unless it is specified on the checkout.

What happens if the reservation is cancelled?

Cancellations in general will be charged a fee of 25% of the total invoice. ​Cancellation due to inclement weather or rain must be made no later than 24 hrs. prior to the starting time of the event. Once our trucks are in route to the event, full payment is due rain or shine. We will always do our best to accommodate our clients if activities are postponed due to inclement weather, but once we are at the event, the payment is consummated.


Why can't I pick up the inflatable and install it myself to reduce costs?

Safety is our main concern. We must have a safe idea. We, personally, install and collect each rental. The space created will be evaluated, the proper size, the type and length of the power cable is used and make sure that all connections are made correctly. We will use the appropriate straps, stakes, moorings and anchors to fix the inflatable on the ground and ensure its safe operation. In addition, each unit is quite large and weighs over 220 pounds, so your safety in transporting these items is also our concern.

How safe are your inflatable?

Our inflatables are built with quality and safety in mind! All our units have an entrance / exit safety ramp for the protection of children. Each unit is built with only the best commercial quality 18 to 21 oz. Vinyl, with double and quad stitching. The rebound windows are mesh network specially designed, which allows easy viewing. We will also provide recommended guidelines for the safe use and recommended number of children allowed in the inflatable at any given time. Be careful with the insecure, inflatable cheap imitations!

Are there any cleaning fees?

No silly strings, no well water, no markers, no pens,no candiesor food are allowed on any inflatable. You will be charged to cleaning fee from  $25 to $100. Our staff will contact you immediately if there is a problem with the condition is what our equipment is returned to us. Delivery time

Your delivery has been scheduled for a specific period of time, and if you fail to comply with this schedule, the driver will continue with your assigned route and will come back later, but you will need to pay $25  fee for a second delivery, and a timely delivery this time will NOT be guaranteed.

What should I expect on the day of the event?

We will arrive sharp and deliver the contracted services, you will be required to read and sign our Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver.

Is supervision for th inflatable provided in the cost of the rental?

Each bounce house, slide, or other inflatable requires one supervisor. We gladly offer supervision for your party, if desired, for an additional fee. Should you choose to provide your own adult supervision, we will require you to read, understand, and sign a liability waiver stipulating the safety rules and guidelines to be followed.

How long does inflatable setup take?

It will take approximately 20-40 minutes to set up an inflatable, inspect it for safety, check operation, and review the contract/safety guidelines with you.

How much area do I need to set up a bounce house?

Ideally, your bounce house or other inflatable party rental should be set up on a flat, grassy surface. Should you choose, our inflatables may be set up on a cement surface. However, the area must be clear of stones or other sharp objects. The ground area required depends on which inflatable you choose to rent.

What happens if an inflatable is damaged during my event?

If your inflatable rental (i.e., bounce house) or other rental becomes damaged while in operation, help all users exit the inflatable, stop using the damaged items and contact us immediately. Do not attempt to continue operation of the equipment until you speak with one of our associates.
